Kundalini Yoga is the union of polarities, of sky and earth, masculine and feminine and sun and moon. It is a form of Tantric Yoga that will help us to awaken to our highest potential.

I offer classes in Kundalini Yoga. During these classes we practice and explore the exercises as taught by Yogi Bhajan and we learn how to develop our energy body to its highest potential. Each class will often contain specially designed breathing exercises, warm ups, a kriya (a set of specially designed exercises), a gong sound relaxation and a Kundalini Meditation.

Outdoor and Indoor Meditation and Yoga in Bristol ​

In this group we will sit outdoors and practice with the four elements of earth, fire, water and air. We experiment with different ways of practising. We often sit in meditation, do some chanting and drumming, practising with the trees and energies of nature. We also practice outdoor yoga in the park around Bristol.
