Lucid dreaming is the art of being conscious while you are dreaming. Through the practice of lucid dreaming profound possibilities begin to emerge in your life. During lucid dreaming it is possible to explore the territory of your own unconscious mind, to go on exciting journeys and to encounter and communicate with all kinds of life-forms. It is profound and potentially healing journey of self-exploration where you can begin to tap into the deeper resources of your Soul.
The morning after... a night of awakening.
I often run lucid dream workshops and these include sleepover workshops, where we often include yoga, sound baths and lucid dream guidance to offer people a rich, immersive and powerful experience. The workshops usually run from around 8pm-8am the next morning.
Feedback/reviews from sleepover lucid dreaming workshops...
"The workshop was amazing. Personally, I felt balanced and completely peaceful. I enjoyed every part of it. I hope next time we'll do a kriya in the morning as well. Wonderful people, everyone was more than friendly. Lena's harp playing almost made me cry. Looking forward to the next similar event." Lefteris
"The event was beautifully organised and run by you guys - you couldn't have done better. I enjoyed all of the Yoga, Tai Chi, Gong bath, harp music and dialogues." Robert
"It was really good" Sophia
Excerpts from the chapter on Lucid Dreaming from the book The Initiation.
“Dreams are a projection of consciousness into a body of expanded awareness, which is deeper than the body of consciousness that is usually available to us through our five physical senses.”
“Lucid Dreaming is an enhanced type of dreaming, where conscious awareness actively functions within the dream. Rather than simply experiencing the dream narrative as a barely present participant, when we are ‘lucid’, we recognize that we are dreaming and so become highly conscious within the dream landscape itself.”
