For me music has always been a source of personal healing and growth. A way to access my unconscious mind and to help process deep seated traumas and emotions. This is true as a practitioner of music and also a listener. I believe the unconscious mind wants to be heard and that music is a great way of facilitating communication with it.

I play a wide variety of musical instruments such as the Hang, Native American Style Flute, Sansula, Piano and Guitar.
I have a background in Buddhist meditation and mindfulness.
I have facilitated Melodic Journeys and Mindfulness of Sound events online and in-person.
